A company engaging in Real Estate and Property Development activities. It handles construction of houses, Condominiums, hospitality structure and commercial buildings etc.The company has completed a, 24 unit, residential apartment building in Colombo 15 and has a commercial complex of 15000 sqft at a prime office area at Colombo 2 which are leased to commercial institutions.

Other property development projects include a sixty room budget hotel in the main Fort area in Colombo by the group, a MICE project located near the International Airport of Colombo by the group and the setting of an up market middle income group housing project in Hendala/Wattala area.

Demasu 3 M Projects (Pvt) Ltd.

A company engaging in specialised project activities of exports, imports, education, finance, infrastructure, tourism & hospitality. It is also responsible for providing consultancy services for planning, implementation and monitoring of projects and commercial activities of the group.This company was instrumental in pioneering the export of molasses to United Molasses, a group company of Tate & Lyle, London.

The Company is presently working with a team of professionals in implementing a channel for funding/investments thus making available hassle free investments to facilitate various projects, through a banking system with the least amount of delay/gestation.

A company engaging in marketing of commercial goods and trading activity

Ceylon General Foods (Pvt) Ltd.

A company engaging in the manufacture and supply of food products.Plans are underway to develop coconut related industry in the coconut triangle in Kudawewa.

Ambassador Breweries and Distilleries (Pvt) Ltd.

A company involved in the distillery and brewery business. Ambassador bottled toddy was the first bottled toddy brand in Sri Lanka.

Hotel Metropole (Pvt) Ltd.

A company involved in setting up and operating restaurants, hotels and resorts. “The Hotel Metropole” in Fort on the JanadhipathiMawatha near the clock tower was a very popular unit and had to be relocated due to the Central Bank expansion. Plans are underway to re-establish this Unit in it’s former glory.

A company engaged in indenting and promotions of international goods and services in Sri Lanka. Products included Liquid Gold to the Ceramic Industry, Packaging Machinery, Food grinding machinery etc.
